Clients:

Once our contract has been completed, we will store your data for seven years, based on your last contact with Nurse-Ireland, and then delete that information. Once this time frame has expired and if you have not entered into a contract, we will then delete your information with your chosen preferences. All enquiries that don’t progress into a contract will be deleted every 12 months.

Applicants:

Once you engage with our recruitment process your data will be stored on our system until either:

  1. You advise us you no longer require our services and would like us to delete the information.
  2. You have been placed with permanent employment (after 12 months your information will be archived but not deleted)
  3. We have not received any response to our queries for 12 months upon which we will then delete your information.

All applicants’ enquiries that don’t progress into a contract will be deleted every 12 months.

For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for seven years after they stop being customers.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
